Our Stall unit selects a mix of vendors that suits the event and the audience.

You are offered a stall
If chosen, you receive a congratulatory email with a payment link.

Pay within 48 hours
The link is valid for two days. After that the space is offered to someone else.
We choose vendors whose work sits comfortably alongside ours, and we try to keep a spread of categories rather than ten of the same thing. Being turned down is not a judgement on your business.

A few things vendors ask.
How much does a stall cost?
It depends on the size and position, and is confirmed in your offer email. We will never take payment before you have accepted an offer.
What happens if I miss the 48-hour window?
The offer lapses and the space goes to another vendor. Get in touch if it happens — occasionally something else frees up.
What is included?
A marked space, a table and two chairs unless agreed otherwise. Power is available on request and should be mentioned in your application.
Can I choose where I am placed?
You can tell us what you would like and we will do our best, but final placement is decided by our Stall unit on the day.
